Dear owner. I sent a follow up email on your website but no one contacted me.
I advised that although I received the order, I believe I got less tea that I paid for.
I have metal tins and for one of the teas the tin was just over half full instead of being really full.
Then for Canded almonds blend I ordered 250 gram and paid for it, however the whole bag filled up just 1.5 tins instead of 2.5 tins.
It was disappointing.

We are sorry that you were not delighted with your order.
We carefully weigh each and every tin of our teas, however sometimes the tea will settle during shipping and it will appear that the tea tin is not full to the top.
You may have noticed that the bulk 250g size of our Toasted Almond Herbal tea would not have filled 2.5 tins of tea as our large tins contain approximately 130g of that tea. Therefore the 250g bag would only fill less than 2 full tins. Sorry if there was any misunderstanding.
