Got this particular matcha as a gift. Incredibly smooth! It's like a fresh spring day in a cup. The tea is so vibrantly green it made my roommate do a double take. I drink it with just hot water. Never have problems with clumping when used with a whisk (or even just a fork). If you drink your matcha as a tea (instead of in smoothies or baking with it) then you owe it to yourself to pick this up.
